Hello name is Devin Hebble and I am a Certified Licensed Occupational Therapist and graduate of Radford University with experience in travel therapy, early intervention, and home health. As co-author of a published stroke rehabilitation article through the Occupational Therapy Association and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) with the National Association of Home Builders, I bring evidence-based expertise to every client I serve.
Through AbleLifeSolution, LLC – “making homes able”, and the cooperation of local businesses, we help individuals and families live safely, independently, and with dignity by combining clinical insight with practical solutions. My mission is to improve quality of life for all people—regardless of age or unique ability—by fostering personal well-being, strengthening families, and creating environments where individuals can thrive.
Unlike standard contractors who focus only on the physical construction, we begin with a Certified Occupational Therapy evaluation to understand each individual’s unique abilities, health conditions, and goals. This clinical foundation ensures that every modification is not just functional, but truly supports independence, safety, and quality of life.
We bridge the gap between healthcare and construction by bringing together skilled clinicians, contractors, and community resources under one process. This integrated model means that every home modification is guided by both clinical evidence and construction know-how, ensuring solutions are not only safe and durable but also meaningful to the individual and their family.

We believe in collaboration at Able Life Solution. Our team partners with local companies to maximize professional expertise across multiple fields including construction, nutrition, personal care, animal care, and medical to ensure that our solutions are comprehensive and effective.
Our company strives to reduce costs of home modifications and renovations by partnering with non profit associations, utilizing local grants, seeking support from a multitude of foundation resources, and through use of Medicaid and Medicare under medical necessity.
Sustainability is a core value at Able Life Solution. We incorporate refurbished donated equipment to reduce both financial and environmental waste.

CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) is a designation that represents specialized expertise in home safety and accessibility. Professionals with this certification are trained to assess and modify the structural layout and features of a home to support long-term, independent living. Their goal is to ensure that individuals can remain safe, comfortable, and self-sufficient in their homes throughout all stages of life.
Ergonomics can help prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and back pain, as well as other types of injuries caused by overexertion, repetitive motions, improper workstation set up, and other environmental factors.
CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) clients do not need a referral to receive services. Anyone — including older adults, caregivers, or family members — can directly contact a CAPS provider like AbleLifeSolution, LLC for evaluations and services.
